SUMMARY:District Prayer Gathering
DESCRIPTION:‘Lord\, Renew your Church’ \nFor Jesus\, prayer is the first order of business. We know from research that all revitalised Churches are undergirded by a powerful prayer movement. The first District Prayer Gathering was held at Mount Carmel Retreat Centre in November 2023 and already we are seeing the fruit of this weekend. \nThe 2024 Prayer Gathering will be held 23 – 25 August at Warrambui Retreat and Conference Centre. To encourage all intercessors in the Lutheran Church in NSW and the ACT\, the weekend will be provided free of charge. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER \nEven if you can’t attend\, please submit any points of thanks\, praise or requests you would like us to include in our prayers via our online form HERE. These can be for yourself\, your congregation or community\, our District\, the wider LCANZ\, for the world and for those who are distant from Jesus. DESCRIPTION:Sisterhood is a retreat for women of all ages to connect with and support each other\, and to grow in our faith. The weekend includes times of Bible study and worship\, reflection and self-discovery exercises\, electives to nurture our creativity and our spirits\, and dedicated time for rest and rejuvenation.
