Registration is from 9am ready for a 9.45am start

Newsletters

Please remember to bring this Newsletter March 2026 and the August 2025 Newsletter with you as there will be limited supplies of these Newsletters available on the day. Please read all the necessary reports printed in these Newsletters before the Convention as they will not be read on the day. Please note any questions you have for discussion are required before adoption.

Voting

Only Financial Members are eligible to vote.

Child Minding

There will be NO facilities for child minding.

Other Requirements

Hymnbooks and songbooks are NOT required. All members please wear your own NAME BADGE if possible.

Accommodation

Please arrange your own accommodation, as no billeting will be available.
